Grace graduated from Shanghai University of Finance & Economics, with a Bachelor degree in Accounting in 1992. She then worked in the banking industry in China for more than 10 years. She attained her Certified General Accountant (CGA) designation in 2003 as she planned to start her new life in Canada. Shortly after arriving in Canada in 2004, she got her first job with Pace Accounting Inc. and never left. She has built up her career path in public practice ever since and attained partnership status in 2011. With more than 8 years of accounting and tax experience with clients from diverse industries, non-profit sectors, and individual tax payers, Grace now utilizes this expertise to help clients with financial statement preparation and corporate, personal, and estate tax returns.


Cassia has been working with business and not for profit organizations in an accounting role since 1992. She joined the Pace Accounting team in 2002 and attained partnership in 2011. Cassia obtained her Certified Management Accountant designation in 2008. Passionate about social justice issues and the needs of people, she enjoys working with the not for profit sector and with small business. Cassia has been active in the community, both within the housing co-operative where she lives and as a board member for a community organisation operating out of the downtown east side of Vancouver. Cassia has a close relationship with her family and friends, enjoys cooking (and eating) and knitting.

Angela had a career in teaching and management while living in China. Last decade, she moved to Vancouver with her family, and is now back in school to pursue a career in accounting. She is now happily settled in Vancouver and enjoying using the knowledge she gained during her diverse career to contribute to the growth and success of Pace Accounting.


Rehan earned his MBA in 2003 at Hamdard University. He now has over 13 years of experience within the banking industry related to Credit Analysis and Loan Documentation. He has gained valuable experience dealing with financial analysis of Small business and High Net worth clients. In order to keep up with market practices, he further completed his Master of Philosophy in Finance. After moving to Vancouver he joined Pace Accounting in March of 2018. He is now looking forward to pursuing a career in accounting and obtaining his CPA designation. In his leisure time he enjoys reading accounting and financial journals, traveling and listening to music.




Marie was born and raised in New Westminster, B.C. and still enjoys living in the “Royal City”.  She was employed by a firm of chartered accountants in Burnaby for over twenty-two years, where she gained valuable experience providing accounting and taxation services to entrepreneurs, corporate clients, and not-for-profit entities.  During this time, she earned the Advanced Certificate in Accounting professional designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia.  She joined Pace Accounting Inc. in July 2016. Not only does Marie regularly volunteer for children’s programs at her church, she also serves as treasurer on her strata council.  She volunteers for the annual MS Society Family and Friends Drive as well.  In the past she has worked as a CVITP (Community Volunteer Income Tax Program) volunteer, and has served as treasurer for a local church. Marie appreciates being with her friends and family, going for nature walks, reading, and baking.
